		<description>I perfectly understand the theory of &quot;practice pays off,&quot; but I have a hard time putting it into practice :). 
I&#039;ve been mostly keeping up with the daily Bible reading, but then I fall behind a day or two, and then catch back up.  Same with any discipline -- daily exercise, prayer, reading for growth/knowledge.  My prayer continues to be, &quot;Lord help me be faithful beyond what my self can do.&quot;</description>
